Whether you are an individual looking for support with gambling or would like to find out more about our other work, GamCare can help.
Get support with your gambling
GamCare provides information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling problems. If you are concerned about the amount of time or money that you or someone you know is spending gambling, you can speak to an Adviser on the National Gambling HelpLine. You can talk in confidence to our advisers free of charge over the phone or online. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We also offer a range of free treatment across England, Scotland and Wales, as well as a moderated Forum and daily chatrooms so that people can speak to others experiencing similar issues and seek support. We also offer an online treatment course which you can access when and where it is convenient for you, over the course of eight weeks.
You can also explore the GamCare website and self-help resources for more information.
Our other work
GamCare operates a range of risk reduction and awareness raising programmes across England, Scotland and Wales. These include our Local Authority Services, Youth Outreach Programme and work with the Criminal Justice system. Find out more.
